Don't Know Where To Start

Most families and survivors become knowledgeable about physical recovery because there are many resources around to learn from. Professional people, books and groups have all become adept at explaining physical recovery. It is visible and easy to monitor change when the body is changing almost in front of your eyes.

If you do not have a trained specialist as a counselor, the psychological recovery processes can seem mysterious, invisible or out of your reach. Even with trained professionals, words are not enough. Words don't get carried home like a physical therapy program.

Survivors and their families get stuck. We call this being in Daily Survival. Until families get access to guided materials about all types of psychological recovery, they can stay stuck. That's where we come in. Our resources will help you get unstuck.

IMAGINE: People describe you as open, flexible and willing to adapt. You no longer are black and white in your thinking, feeling and actions.

Benefit
If you have been wondering how it is that people leave denial behind or, how you can feel emotionally well again, our door opening resources will help you. Learn how to grow again, emotionally and within your psychological Self. Psychological and emotional recovery have no ceiling. They go on forever, if you know how to help your Self.

It does not matter how you start your psychological recovery. Just focus on an area of growth that feels most important to you – growing a new Self, thinking in new ways or changing behaviour. We can show and tell you how to open the doors to your personal growth.
