J. Lynne Mann
J. Lynne Mann is a psychologist practising in brain injury rehabilitation and recovery services with adults for more than 26 years. Her company, the British Columbia Rehabilitation and Recovery Centre, offers emotional and cognitive counseling as well as work programs for adults. It is in its twentieth year of operations as a specialized disability resource centre for adults with brain injuries.

Her research style is a phenomenological one which honours the experience of recovery; her intervention style is a holistic one. Her teaching efforts focus on the development of community capacity, both for survivors and for caregivers.

Mike Rossiter
Mike Rossiter brings over 31 years of business experience to this project. As the father of a traumatic brain injury survivor, he has close personal knowledge and first-hand experience which provides a particularly unique combination of skills and expertise upon which to draw.

For the past nine years, Mike has been self-employed in the Greater Vancouver area as a graphic designer, working with many clients in the health-care field. For the previous two decades he lived in Northwestern BC where he was the owner and manager of a solid and successful printing business which continues to thrive today.

He is focused on using these skills to make this a better place to live for people with brain injuries.

Gisela Theurer
Gisela Theurer has been involved in providing support services to adults with disabilities for 26 years, ever since she faced the overwhelming impact of having a family member develop a serious disability. She has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and many years of experience in disability and employment programming, entrepreneurial development, and not-for-profit management. She currently operates a coaching and consulting business. Her passion is to assist people gain clarity, learn new skills, reach their dreams, and achieve success in their lives.
