Behaviour

Behaviour is the expression of our Self. It is also the source of much hope for change.

We know how to change behaviour. Using a 5 step model of Goal Setting and Attainment, we show you how to become a master of change.

Goals are often hazy to begin with – that's OK. In fact, that setting of a hazy goal is the first step in Changing Behaviour. Getting from a hazy to a clear goal is Step 2. Step 3 is Measurement, followed by Step 4: Reviewing Progress, and finally, Step 5: Celebrating Change.

IMAGINE: No more impulsive outbursts, no more apologies.

You will be able to manage your behaviour.

Benefit
If you notice you have a short fuse, or your behaviour is not within your control and you think it ought to be, then these resources will help by teaching you a 5 step program for changing and growing into more complicated and efficient behaviour.

The 5 Step Model of Changing Behaviour is a door opener, written in plain language and presented in a way that helps you be in control of your own behaviour.
